Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) Tools used for hard machining applications. These tools are rated second when comparing hardness properties, just below PCD Tools and are used for machining most steels and cast iron. Other characteristics of CBN are its abrasion resistance, thermal and chemical resistance and maintaining sharp edges when cutting – which are most effective when machining ferrous materials.
Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) Tools are known for their fracture toughness and thermal stability. The tips or edges of machining and cutting tools are bonded with synthetic diamond micrograins to create tools with cutting tips harder and tougher than natural diamonds. Ideal for applications where there are high volume processes, tight tolerances and highly abrasive processes. Machining speeds of 9000 surface feet per minute can be reached in some high abrasion processes. The diamond cutting and grinding edges give them much longer tool life than standard brazed tools.
We are one of the renowned organizations to manufacture Carbide Tools that are acclaimed widely for optimum performance for longer periods than high speed steel tools. These are made from the finest-grade of carbide that is procured from the leading vendors of the industry and are robustly designed. We use cutting-edge technologies to manufacture these tools that are available in a wide array as per the requirement of customers at leading industry prices.
